HIGH SEASON SURCHARGE
From 1 July through 31 August, room rates are increased for an additional US$25.00 net/room/night (note: Duplex Suite US$50.00)
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME VILLA POLICY
Check-in time is 14.00 hours. Check out time is 12.00 hours. Request for extended check out time will be based on room availability. Late check out until maximum 18.00 hours will be subject to day use charge of 50% from the Best Available Rate (BAR).

FORCE MAJEUR POLICY:
- Bagus Discovery Group regrets that our Hotel company cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under this agreement is prevented or affected by force majeure.
- Force Majeure means any event, which Hotel or the supplier of the service(s), even with all due care, could not foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, extreme weather conditions, natural or manmade disaster, fire and all similar events beyond the control of the Hotel.
FREE SELL:
Sales for Puri Bagus Candidasa are available on a “Free Sell” basis only. The supplier may confirm single room bookings provided “Stop Sell” has not been issued prior to booking date. Agent must provide Stop Sell Email Address, listed in section “01 Supplier data”. “Stop sell” information and updates will be emailed to the supplier weekly.
CANCELLATIONS PACKAGES:
Cancellation Package as per below:
- Cancellation received within 30 days from booked arrival date will be charged 25% from the contract
- Cancellation received within 15 days from booked arrival date will be charged 50% from the contract
- Cancellation received within 04 days from booked arrival date will be charged 75% from the contract
- Early Departure will be charged 100% from the contract
COMMISSION:
12% of the Packages Price for the Confirmed Booking.
TERM OF PAYMENT:
All transaction will be on basis of full advance payment not later than 14 days before the arrival date of each guest.

VALIDITY:
This agreement is valid 20th May 2019 and shall continue until 31st March 2020 unless earliest terminated by both parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
All information contained in this agreement is strictly confidential and under no circumstances is to be revealed to the third parties.
Any violation, particularly by such an erroneous disposition as the disclosure of agreed net rates on the voucher the full damaged amount shall be compensated.
DISPUTE & LEGALACTION:
Any dispute will be discussed internally between both parties, but should a legal action be required, both parties agree to choose Denpasar, Bali as the place for any arbitration.
This Agreement is made in Indonesia and therefore is abide by the applicable legal laws of Republic of Indonesia.
Any special arrangement and/or requirements should be discussed separately and attached to this contract and/or in the form of addendum.
